Workplaces nowadays have gone through a transformation. Gone are the days when work was confined to only files, projects or deliveries leaving hardly any fun time for employees. A paradigm shift has happened across the IT industry as even organisations are leaving no stone unturned to facilitate a fine balance at work by providing host of engagement activities in-house. The intent is to find balance at work by providing a host of engagement activities in-house. The intent is to allow employees to unwind, letting them follow their passion & hobbies while contributing to organisational goals. Employers have realized that engagement at workplace is a critical factor that fosters productivity and personal enhancement. In fact, the realization is not about employee engagement but it's more about the fact that workplace is a second home for employees and hence, the comfort & growth of every individual should be be taken care of. With this purpose, all organisations are now hosting a number of initiatives that catering to different tastes ranging from adventure, sports, cultural programs, hobby classes, learning activities and more.
